For Your Consideration: "Shadowboxer"
If you're interested in seeing something different this week @ the movies. Consider this:
Shadowboxer - Stars Cuba Gooding Jr., Helen Mirren, Stephen Dorff, Vanessa Ferlito, Macy Gray, Mo'nique, Joseph Gordon-Levitt....and of course your's truly Angel Oquendo has a small role in it.
Directed by 1st time director Lee Daniels (Who produced "Monster's Ball" & "The Woodsman").
THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FILM. It's Rated R (and even that might be a bit light), but as I've mentioned before I'm VERY proud to have been a part of this.

Saw the movie this weekend and it was definitely something different.
Loved this movie. I think that it took the audience through a large range of emotions. I know it took me through some changes. lol

It WAS different wasn't it? In a time when SO many movies are all the same, "Shadowboxer" gives you some in-your-face action, suspense, humor, sex, etc.
Some critics loved it, some hated it! Again, I'm proud to have been a part of it and I thank you for seeing it.
