TV Audition: "Breaking Bad” (Pilot) @ Bialy/Thomas Casting
------
This office is one of my favorites. The casting directors are awesome and everyone who works there are so nice. You can tell they really enjoy casting and working with actors. It also helps that they know me well and I know they are rooting for me to get a part on their shows. They always bring me in and consistently tell me how much they like me work. I’m very humbled and grateful for that. In a business where you hear so many casting horror stories, I always think about my relationship with this office.

This audition is for a HUGE role. There are a couple of “names” in the office. One was reading with the casting director. When he was done, the other “name” went in and just had a sit down with the casting director and basically interviewed. I guess he felt, he was big a enough name that he didn’t have to read. Good for you. I’m reading for this role and going to do my thing!

I’m very happy to simply be at this audition with “names” and going up against cats with series regulars under their belt. Having said that, even though that’s a big deal for me. I’m at a point now where…I have to look past that. I can’t keep patting myself on the back about getting in these rooms. Don’t get me wrong, I’m humble, thankful and Blessed. I simply have to do my part and close these deals. Just being in the room in longer enough. Daddy has to book it!

My read went really well. I made some really strong choices and felt really good about them. The cd and her assistant liked my work and put me on tape. We’ll see what happens. Please keep me in your prayers.
